Can I extend my rental term?

Yes, This should be no problem, we might have to check to ensure the case isn't already booked by anyone else. If not we can extend no problem.

What happens if the golf case is lost or stolen?

While in your possession the case is your responsibility. If the case is lost, stolen or damaged the full replacement cost or repair will be your responsibility. Check with your travel insurance or home insurance to see if there is coverage and the value of replacement.

Can I ship the case with my clubs to you?

We won't be responsible for any contents that you ship to us so the best option is to ship to your home first and then have us pick up or deliver the case back to us to ensure your clubs and other personal content is accounted for before returning the case.

Will the case fit in my personal or rental vehicle?

VERY IMPORTANT! The cases are rather large and require a decent amount of space for transportation. If you are renting a vehicle or have pick up advise them ahead of time that you require a vehicle that can accommodate the cases. They might also be able to secure the cases to a roof mounting system. It's your responsibility to ensure they are not damaged while in transit.
